We managed to squeeze out 5 750mL bottles and 7 375mL bottles. It tasted pretty good, but it definitely will benefit from some time in the bottle.
Bottled and waiting in line for corking
Working the corker
Awesome little wine elf!
All it needs now is a cool label. I wonder who will be on it?
Great Photos! How long does the wine stay in the bottles before you can drink it? PB
ReplyDeleteThis is a pretty hardy Pinot, so we're finding that it really doesn't come into its own for at least 2 years. We only have 3 years worth, so we'll have to wait and see in the coming years how it tastes after 4 or 5 years.
